If your account is in credit, you can request that the credit amount be refunded back to you.
To request a refund:
- Access our Contact us form, complete the required fields and select Refunds under Enquiry type
- Within the Comments, please advise your:
- Reason for the refund
- Bank account name
- BSB number
- Bank account number
Once you have submitted your refund request, please allow up to 10 working days for the credit to appear in your bank account.
If you have closed your Altogether account and provided Altogether with your refund request, please allow up to 10 working days from receiving your final bill.
