This merger provides both businesses with a strong footing to move forward into the next period of growth. The group is now well capitalised and has strong support from its new owners who are excited about the unique opportunity that Flow and M2C bring to the market.
The name change reflects the businesses maturity as a multi-utility serving communities across Queensland and NSW. The change is a symbol of our owner's commitment to our refreshed purpose and enables us to differentiate ourselves in the utilities market in a way our old brands were not able to.
Our community brand architecture was restricting our ability to grow. At the same time, we felt that the M2C, Flow Systems and Flow Systems Constructors businesses would be more effective under one roof. But rather than asking one part of our business to leave their home to come and live in one of the others, ‘Altogether’ gives all of us a new roof, a new home, a new vision, values and personality. It is an opportunity to explore new possibilities – Altogether.
