Yes, you can, but please remember Altogether must have access to the Recycled Water System at all times. If the wastewater collection tank becomes obstructed, Altogether has the right to remove anything that interferes with the access to the recycled water system and water meters, which can include trimming or removing trees or shrubbery, without notification to the customer. For more information please read the Landscapers Guide and information on how to keep stormwater out of your gully.
How do tree roots damage pipes?
Some species are not suitable for planting near sewer pipes because their roots can infiltrate and eventually destroy pipes, causing significant inconvenience and costly repairs. Roots anchor and support trees, but they also seek and supply moisture and nutrients for continued growth. It’s best to seek advice from a landscape designer before planting trees near your recycled water system.
