- To arrange reconnection, please call 1300 803 803 during business hours, ie 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). You may be charged a reconnection fee.
- Reconnection will only occur within business hours. If you contact us before 1pm, we may be able to arrange for a same-day reconnection.
