- To arrange reconnection or reenergisation, please call us during business hours 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). You may be charged a reconnection fee.
- Reconnection or reenergisation will occur within business hours. If you contact us before 12pm, we may be able to arrange for a same-day reconnection. Please note that for a reconnection or reenergisation to be completed, someone over the age of 18 must be at your premise and your main switch must be turned off.
