Altogether understand that some of our customers use haemodialysis machines at home.
To ensure customers have a high quality water supply, we occasionally carryout maintenance work in our network. Additionally, we sometimes experience changes in the water supplied from our bulk water suppliers.
We will let you know in advance of any planned water supply interruptions in the same way that we communicate to all of our customers.
In the event of an outage, please use our outage finder to track its progress view updates: Altogether outages and maintenance.
If an unplanned water supply interruption occurs (such as a water main break), notice may not be given. If this happens, please follow the training provided by your dialysis centre.
We will inform your local dialysis centre and NSW Health of any significant changes to water quality that might impact your treatment. Your dialysis centre will advise you of how to manage this change.
