If you require an isolation to work near, connect to, or modify Altogether's live electricity network and/or assets, or if you're planning to connect a newly constructed development stage or lot to an existing live network, you must notify and seek approval from Altogether.

Please note, Altogether requires at least 14 business days notice.
Altogether will:
- assess the application and respond within three business days
- if successful, provide a pre-approval to proceed
- provide a final approval within five business days of pre-approval.
To ensure the safety of our people, contractors, and customers, approval must be provided by Altogether for de-energisation to occur.
